1. Why does my WOWGO balance still show as 0 after purchasing? The transaction may not have been confirmed on the blockchain yet. Please try refreshing the page and check again. If the issue persists, try repurchasing. 2. Why is the "Buy $WOWGO" button unresponsive or disabled? This may be caused by one of the following:
Your wallet is not connected
Invalid amount entered
Insufficient SOL for transaction fees (gas)
Please ensure all fields are correctly filled and your wallet has enough SOL. 3. Why is the amount of WOWGO I receive not what I expected? The exchange rate is calculated at the time of purchase. If the price changes during your decision-making process, the amount of tokens received may vary slightly. 4. Why did the token price increase before I even confirmed the purchase? It’s possible that the tokens at the current stage were sold out while you were deciding. As a result, your purchase was made at the next stage price. 5. Why does it say “insufficient funds” even though I have enough in my wallet? You might not have enough SOL to cover the transaction fees. Try refreshing the page and submitting the transaction again immediately. 6. I completed the purchase, but the tokens are not showing in my wallet. Don’t worry! Your tokens will be distributed after the Token Generation Event (TGE). You're early — true pioneers always are. 7. Why does the countdown timer still show time remaining, but the presale says it’s over? This could be due to a timezone difference between your local device and our secure server location.
